  • Representing clients in disputes against hospitals and their insurers, including cases related to medical malpractice.
  • As part of family law, advising and representing clients in cases involving divorce, separation, division of joint property, alimony or court separation of property.
  • As part of cases pertaining of the law of succession, we conduct cases in particular in the field of court declaration of succession, partition of the estate, unworthiness of inherit, reserved portion.

  • Consultancy within the range of creation and operation of energy related companies producing energy under the so-called renewable energy sources (hydroelectric plants, wind farms, biogas plants and others), investing in renewable energy sources, including legal support in the field of: obtaining environmental decisions, due diligence of RES entities / projects, and ongoing support for the development of RES projects.
  • Representing clients in proceedings before the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection and the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority.
  • Litigation in the field of transmission easement and all related legal aspects.
  • Preparation of analyses and legal opinions within the frames of ongoing consulting services for energy related companies.
  • Representing the client in proceedings related to obtaining all administrative decisions necessary for energy companies to conduct economic activity.

  • Legal services related to cost optimization on the part of an energy related company, including those related to negotiations with the community representation.
  • Conducting mass debt collection for energy related companies, including conducting proceedings on behalf of a client acting as an injured / auxiliary prosecutor before law enforcement authorities, in particular as part of illegal power and electric energy consumption – NPEE.

We specialize, in particular, in litigation related to the so-called white collar crimes, managerial mismanagement and crimes to the detriment of business entities.

  • In the preparatory proceedings – during investigations conducted by the police, the prosecutor’s office, other judicial authorities and in court proceedings – defense before common courts of all instances and also before the Supreme Court.
  • In the enforcement proceedings – within the scope of the execution of a sentence postponing, a break in a sentence granting or conditional early release from serving a sentence.

Sylwia Iwanicka

Attorney Sylwia Iwanicka graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. She completed her attorney apprenticeship at the Bar Association in Wrocław. She gained professional experience in law firms specializing in civil law (particularly family law) and broadly understood criminal law, in all its areas. She runs a general practice and specializes in the field of criminal law. She provides mainly legal advice in criminal and penal-fiscal cases. She acts in the protection of the rights of the suspect, the accused, as well as the injured party and the auxiliary (and private) prosecutor in criminal proceedings – this applies both to defense of rights in preparatory and jurisdictional proceedings. Attorney Sylwia Iwanicka provides services towards persons convicted in executive proceedings. She remains the defense attorney and representative of foreign clients in the field of cases conducted both before common courts and offices – in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Since 2013 she is a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association in Wrocław and from July 2015 a Partner at BHR.

Krzysztof Radomski

Attorney Krzysztof Radomski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. After graduation, he completed an attorney apprenticeship at the Jeleniogórsko – Wałbrzych Bar Association with a bar exam with distinction. He gained professional experience in the largest law firms in Lower Silesia. Krzysztof Radomski has experience in providing services to commercial law companies, in particular capital companies. He also provided legal services to banks, gaining extensive experience in banking law and related industries (check law, bill of exchange law, securities law). In the period of 2007 – 2011 and 2015 – continuosly he provides legal advice to the largest energy companies in the country, dedicating his professional involvement also to companies with foreign capital. The partner is an attorney in numerous litigation cases before common courts and administrative courts, specializing in contract law and criminal law. He specializes in the field of criminal liability of members of management boards of capital companies, in which he performs the duties of both a defense lawyer and the victim’s representative / auxiliary prosecutor. He provides legal services to the Law Firm’s strategic clients, including several capital groups. He also specializes in matters related to the protection of personal rights, acting as an attorney in significant court proceedings. He constantly advises the management boards of several key capital groups in Poland. He was an advisor to the former Minister of the Treasury and provided regular services to the Deputy Offices of the Republic of Poland and the European Parliament in the field of energy and EU law. He also was the Chairman of the Council of the Foundation of the Lower Silesian Institute of Energy Studies in Wrocław, which consists of experts and managers from the energy industry and the Member of supervisory boards, including chairman of the Supervisory Board of Totalizator Sportowy sp.z o.o. (2016-2017) and a member of the Supervisory Board of System Gazociągów Tranzytowych EuRoPolGaz SA (2015-2017) (2015-2017). Advocate Krzysztof Radomski also provides legal services in English.
